The hotel is located conveniently near Garda Lake's picturesque shores and is a perfect base for daytime excursions. The staff were kind and professional, ensuring that my needs were anticipated and monitored throughout my stay. The suite was enormous, spotlessly clean, and had a private terrace and garden area for relaxing by the pool. The breakfast, served in a stunning architectural lounge, was a continental buffet with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel or this city; it was a perfect vacation spot for a relaxing getaway.

Friendliness of the staff. Very nicely appointed rooms.very peacefull (at the time of our stay). Use of a car is a must as lake garda and surrounding towns/villages are some distance away. We loved the hotel and would definately return again.

Beautiful room en suitemooie kamer en suite
The too loud music in the breakfast area/ reception area. It was always the same tape. No wifi in the rooms, and we had to ask for a new username /password every hour. Although the hotel was exoensive enough, sauna etc was not included.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel by the beautiful shores of Garda Lake. The location was perfect for us, as it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and stylish, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and free Wi-Fi.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

i liked the most the hospitality of the stuff,the suite,the garden and the wellness area
the only thing that didn't like was the poor connection at the internet and the fact that wasn't wirelles connection.

I did not like that you have to pay to use the swimming pool or the wellness center. On their website, this is not stated that their is an additional fee for this. For 210 Euro for a night, it should be included.

The hotel had a nice pool and spa area. The suites were very comfortable and had great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby town.
The restaurant service was poor and the food was not traditional. It took a long time to get our food and it was not worth the wait.

I understand family-run hotel with an excellent restaurant in the garden. Very friendly atmosphare and and everybody int the staff are doing all they can for you to enjoy. Will recommend the hotel and the restaurant for my swedish golf-friends and we try to comeback next year.Superb !

Nice facility
Poor staff. Not enough staff. Air conditioner was non-existent. Internet never worked. If you need to be cool and comfortable, or need internet for work, do not stay here.

the spacious rooms were well-equipped, particularly the stylish bathrooms. the service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help. Breakfast suited our taste and the restaurant on-site was worth a try. the hotel had a beautiful outdoor pool and a relaxing indoor spa wellness area. the location was perfect for a peaceful escape, allowing easy access to the stunning shores of Lake Garda and nearby attractions.
The hotel may not be as accessible without a car.

Nicely furnished, spacious room. Large outdoor pool in the middle of the park. Delicious breakfast. Private atmosphere. Lots of TV channels.
Slow internet connection. Bad cell phone signal. Instead of useless luxury two seat sofa, the designers should plan one sofabed. It would be much more comfortable and better looking as an extra bed.

One of the nicest hotels we as family have stayed in ever. Beautiful outdoor pool and indoor spa area. Friendly, serviceminded staff, super breakfast in a light window surrounded, spacious room, lovely garden and relaxing background music. Delicate rooms. Highly recommendable if you want a really good hotel experience.
